Is there any possibility of a rush order? Yes, but in our case it is more of a rush in production. We are not a pick, pack and ship company. All our signs are made to order and that takes time. If you need a sign by a specific date you must contact us at orderdesk@ easthamprimitivesigns.com and we will do all we can to accomodate your request. |

How do you ship the signs? We use one carrier, UPS. Depending on the service you choose, it takes 1-5 business days for delivery after production. |

What is your production schedule? We produce all our signs and get them out the door within 7 to 10 days. Add to that shipping time, and you are looking at a 2 weeks for delivery of an order. |

What is your return policy? We will gladly replace any sign that has a mistake(see "Our Policies" for details). Unlike other companies, we do not accept returns. We take pictures of all the signs we ship for reference so we can expedite a replacement. Instead of wasting time, money and fuel we ask you to dispose of the faulty sign properly. |

Do you have pre-made signs? No, we make all our signs to order. This is our specialty and our strength. |

Do you charge sales tax? We are only required to charge sales tax to Massachusetts customers. If you reside in another state there will be no sales tax. |

How accurate are the shipping charges? In our experience, the UPS estimating system is very accurate. On rare occasions a surcharge may be miscalculated. If this happens you will be notified via email and we reserve the right to charge your account the difference. |

How do I know which size sign to choose? There is a 9 step process to properly size a sign(see "Sizing A Sign" for details). |

Can I change the font size? We offer only one font size to make the design process as simple as possible. The variations in even the same sized font from one typestyle to the next is extensive( see "Sizing A Sign" for details). It would make the process very complicated for you if we offered mulitple font sizes. |

I have chosen a two line sign, can I tell you where I want the lines to break? When you order a sign you are giving us the right to do what is needed to make the sign look good. This includes line breaks. You can indicate to us where you would like the break by placing a forward slash between the words when you type in your phrase. We will do our best to accomodate your request but we reserve the right to change the line breaks as needed. |

You've stated the color choices shown on the screen are as close as possible to the actual colors, how close is close? We have spent a lot of time matching our screen colors to the actual colors. Unfortunately, that is on our computer and differences in computers and monitors make this question impossible to answer. Suffice to say you must expect a variation in shading on the actual sign. |

How durable are your signs? We seal every sign with a coat of varnish to protect it from the elements and to ensure their long life. Inside or out, signs we made years ago look as good as ones we produced yesterday. |

Are there additional charges for your design options? No, our pricing is all-inclusive. |

What type of paints do you use? We exclusively use latex paints and varnish on all our sign. We feel this is the most environmental and kid friendly. |
